pg 15 C Look up the definitions of the phrases and words, and choose the phrase that does not match. I suggest you do this with friends/classmates, you'll do better discussing the answers.

-in your book on page 17, complete the CHART and LETTER "F" -to hand in: write one paragraph to answer E 2 (ONLY 2, NOT 1) on pg 17 Write a memo to KMB (the heads of its subsidiaries) to tell them a meeting took place, come up with three strategies to implement which will improve communication, and ask for their cooperation to implement them. Since we did not finish brainstorming in class, you homework is to FINISH brainstorming at home (either individually or in groups. I will collect these ideas in class). Bring at least 7 ideas to improve communication in KMB.
