We quickly reviewed exercises on page 10. Then we did groupwork to complete page 15, letter C. We got until number 6.
We looked at the meanings of the idioms on page 10 and did the exercises A and B in class. I think we also looked at the meanings of the phrases on page 15, and did the exercise A
The class reviewed the brainstorming ideas that they had come up with and the groups narrowed them down to some good ideas. We went over these in class. We went over the power point of how to write a memo

Then I put the students in groups and you all discussed the case study and then brainstormed suggestions to improve communication. We did not finish, so I assigned the brainstorming for homework.
